Combine all spices in a bowl and cover uncooked
chicken with it.
Add olive oil and butter to large pot, once hot add
chicken. cook chicken mostly through and add sliced
onion, saute a few minutes until yellow and chicken
is done.
Add pasta, tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a
boil on medium high heat then turn to medium-low and
let the pasta simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the cream cheese, in chunks, then stir until it
has melted into the sauce. Top the pasta with sliced
green onions.
