     Peruvian Green Sauce

Ingredients
2Tb oil
1/4c chopped onion
1/2c mayonnaise
2Tb vinegar
4ts mustard
1/2ts kosher salt
1/4 ts ground black pepper
1 jalapeno (optional)
2c fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
 
3 garlic cloves
1/4c nuts (pistachio, pine nuts)(optional)
Instructions
Transfer everything to blender, making sure the wet ingredients are placed in first. Blend to incorporate.
