1 lb skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
2 cups of water
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 package (6oz) converted long grain and wild rice mix with seasoning packet
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
Instructions
Combine broth, chicken, water, celery, carrots,
rice and seasoning packet, onion and pepper in
crockpot, stir to blend. Cover, cook on low 6 to 7
hours or high 4 to 5 hours. Garnish with parsley
