Combine sweet potatoes, eggs, maple syrup, coconut
milk, salt, 1/4 c. butter, and vanilla. Spread
into a greased 9 x 13.
In a separate bowl combine coconut sugar, almond
flour, coconut flour, and 1/4 c. butter (softened)
to make a crumb topping. Sprinkle topping on top.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
If prepared ahead of time; chill until ready to
bake, then bake at 350 for one hour.
