A few spinkles of soul seasoning and other seasonings
1 tsp. pepper
2 cups of milk
Oil to fry chicken in
Instructions
Boil the chicken first for about 45 minutes or until it is done. (Make sure that the chicken is not pink inside.)
Mix all dry ingredients together in a zip-lock bag; shake well.
Dip chicken into the milk and then put one or two pieces of chicken in the bag and shake well, making sure that the chicken is covered really good.
Have a skillet hot and ready with about 1-inch of vegetable oil in it.
You can place as many as you want in the skillet.
Fry until golden brown.
