Put stuffing mix in a very large bowl or pan. Cook sausage, breaking up into small bits. When cooked put on top of the stuffing.
Melt butter in large saute pan. Add onions, celery, carrots and sweat until the onion is translucent. Put on top of stuffing/sausage.
Pour in the entire container of broth. Add additional seasonings as desired. Mix well and place in two butter greased baking dishes.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes until cooked through. If you want, take off the aluminum foil and brown for a crunchy top.
