     Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken tenders
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, crushed
2 cups crushed reduced-fat butter crackers
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon soul seasoning
Another 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, crushed
 

Instructions
Put chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. In a small bowl stir together egg and italian seasoning. Pour over chicken in bag and seal bag. Turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl stir together crushed crackers and seasonings.
Drain chicken. Roll chicken in cracker crumb mixture.
Place chicken on prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
