Preheat oven to 375
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg yolk
add Orange juice
Add Zest
Add Flour and Baking soda
|

|
Roll out dough to 1/4 inch and cut into 2 -2 1/2 inch circles.
|
|
|
|
Grease pan or use parchment paper and cook until golden brown on the sides.
|
|
|
|
Remove from oven and put on a rack to cool. Sprinkle with sugar.
