     HOMEMADE GRANOLA

Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup chopped walnuts or slivered almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup water
 

Instructions
Heat oil, honey, and water in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and mix in the other ingredients. Stir until everything is coated well.
Spread into a 13x9 inch baking pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
Cool. Stir in cranberries or other fruit.
