1-1/2 sticks butter, melted

1 cup flour

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup cool whip

2-4 oz pkgs chocolate instant pudding

3 cups cold milk

1 large cool whip
|

1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions |

|
Crust-
Put melted butter in 9x13 baking pan. Mix in the butter and flour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool.

Filling-
Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, cool whip. Spread evenly
over the crust.
|
|
|
|
Beat together chocolate instant pudding and cold milk. Should be
thick. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
|
|
|
|
Top with cool whip and nuts.
