     SALTED CARAMEL APPLE CRISP BARS

Ingredients
1 box caramel apple cake mix
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups diced apples
1/3 cup caramel sauce
1/4 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray/grease a 9x13 baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oats, eggs, cinnamon, and butter. Mix with a fork to make coarse crumbs.
Measure out 1 cup of cake mixture and set aside. Take remainder of mixture and press into the bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread apples on top. Sprinkle the remaining cake mixture on top of apples. Bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until topping starts to brown. Let cool for approximately 30 minutes, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with salt.
