Whisk first 5 ingredients together. Add a little
to coleslaw mix. You can always add more but
can't take it back out. So try a little. Also let
is set for an hour or so to soften cabbage. I
like it wet but not drowning in it.
I only use a little of the coleslaw bag (maybe
1/3) each time. Adjust as needed.
Serve on sandwiches or whatever.
