     MILNOT CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients
1 small pkg lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
16 oz cream cheese (2 8-oz pkgs)
1/3 cup sugar
l teas vanilla
1 12-oz can Milnot CHILLED
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup plus 2 TBS butter (soft margarine would be better
 
I PLAN TO TRY IT WITH SUGAR FREE JELLO AND
FAT FREE CHEESE AND MILNOT

Instructions
JELLO dissolve Jello in boiling water and chill in frig until slightly thickened, about 20 mins (little more better)
MILNOT - whip in large bowl until it forms soft peaks
CHEESE, SUGAR, VANILLA beat together in large bowl. Beat the chilled jello in until completely combined MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER
mix the cracker crumbs and butter. Press into a 13x9 pan. POUR filling into pan sprinkle few crumbs on top refrigerate
Serving Suggestions
I think soft margarine is better than butter. Cold butter is hard to serve.Also, jello could be chilled a little longer.
