In small bowl, combine 1st sweetener and 1st cinnamon. Whisk together flour, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, and cream of tartar.
Add egg, butter, water and vanilla. Stir until well combined
Divide better in 4 equal parts. put 1 part in the bottom of each mug (2 mugs). Sprinkle 1/4 of the cinnamon/sweetener mixture in each mug. Add the remainder of the batter to each mug and top with remaining cinnamon mixture.
Cook on high for 1 minute or until puffed and barely cooked through. Add milk/cream as desired. The muffins are VERY dry. I recommend adding cream.
