1 lb stewing beef
1 cup carrots
1 cup potatoes
1 cup celery
1 cup onion
2 tbsp Minute Tapioca
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup V-8 juice
 
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a roast pan. Cover and cook 4 hours at 250 F
