Ingredients
Melt butter and olive oil, do not burn
Saute crushed fresh garlic and large mushroom pieces
Seasoning salt
Once cooked add
Drained escargot or shrimp (turns red when cooked)
Saute another couple minutes
Add fresh chopped parslet
