     Korean Chili Paste for Leaves (like Sesame)

Ingredients
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp ginger
2 Tbsp gochuchang
1 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 Tbsp korean chili flake (gochugaru)
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp miso
1 Tbsp fish sauce
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and rub onto vegetable. Best rubbed between barely blanched leaves, like sesame leaves, or cooked or roasted vegetables (like peppers and eggplants)
