Drizzle oil in large pan over medium high heat.
Add chopped onions and season with salt and
pepper. Stir until softened. Add garlic until
fragrant. Add ground pork and season with
additional salt and pepper. Cook until browned
and fully cooked. Add BBQ sauce, ketchup, 1tsp
sugar, 1/2c water and some of the pickling lime
liquid from the red onions. Cook, stirring until
thickened. Taste and adjust seasoning.
