Drain olives and pat dry with paper towel. Combine cheese and
butter in aa bowl. Add flour and cayenne and blend well until mixed.
Drop the dough by tablespoons onto waxed paper and wrap or mold each piece of dough
around an olive, covering it completely. If cheese mixture is too dry,
wet your fingers with water as you make the dough.
Bake the wrapped olives on a baking sheet in the middle of a 400
deg. oven for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
