Ingredients
1.5 kg self raising flour - 6 cups
500 ml sugar
500 ml buttermilk
1 tsp salt
500 g butter
3 eggs
 

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients and add sugar. Melt butter and add buttermilk. Add eggs and mix all. Add dry ingredients to soft. Bake at 180 until brown.
