Delmonico Roast

Ingredients

	1/2 cup honey
	1/4 cup soy sauce
	1/4 cup oil
	1/4 tsp ginger
	1/2 tsp mustard
	6 garlic cubes


Instructions


Salt and pepper the meat and marinate over night. Cook 2 1/2 hours on 350.
