     Baked Gefilte Fish

Ingredients
2 Loaves Fish - Defrosted
1 vidalia onion
2-3 cloves garlic
5 tbs honey
1 Tbs. Oil
 
Instructions
Put fish in loaf pan. Saute onion in oil for 5-10 minutes. Add garlic and honey and bring to a boil. Pour over fish and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
