Crab Cakes

Ingredients

	1 large onion - chopped
	2 eggs
	1-3 tsp cayenne pepper
	1 package crab
	1 sleeve saltines- pulsed to make crumbs
	oil for frying


Instructions


Combine all in food processor. Form patties (using cookie cutter) and fry until golden on both sides.
