In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce,
ketchup, oregano and parsley. Set aside.
Heat Instant Pot on saute mode. Add sesame oil and
other oil. Pat chicken dry with paper towel. The
season both sides with salt and pepper. Add to in
Instant Pot for cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off Saute mode. Add honey garlic sauce to
pot. Cover and lock lid. Cook on Poultry mode for
18 minutes, natural release for 5 minutes.
Transfer chicken to plate. Spoon sauce over.
Garnish with sesame oil and green onions.
Serve with rice or noodles.
