1 1/2 c All purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 c sugar

3/4 c Crisco vegetable oil

2 Lrg eggs, lightly beaten

1 tsp vanilla
|
| |
1 1/2 c mashed ripe bananas
|

1/2 c mini chocolate chips

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8X8X2 inch
baking pan with baking spray with flour.
|

|
|
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
Set aside.
|
|
|
|
Beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in large bowl.
Mix in bananas and chocolate chips. Add flour
mixture gradually, stirring until just mixed.
|
|
|
|
Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake 40-45 minutes
or until golden brown.
