1 lb. veal cutlets, pounded to about 1/4 inch thick
2 Tbl. olive oil
3 Tbl. butter
12 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbl. chopped garlic
2/3 Cup sweet marsala wine
1/2 Cup reduced sodium beef broth`
1/2 Cup whipping cream
Instructions
Combine flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper and oregano. Dust veal and
set on plate.
Heat oil over medium heat. Brown veal 4 minutes per side. Transfer
to platter.
In same pan, melt butter and add mushrooms and garlic. Sauce 5
minutes. Add Marsala wine and beef broth. Cook on high until slightly
reduced, about 5 minutes.
Add cream, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper and return to a boil. Put veal into
pan to warm with the gravy. I served with butter noodles.

Suggestions
I substituted half and half for cream. Worked pretty well. Recipe is quick and very good.
