Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheets
with parchment paper
|

In large bowl, cream butter and both sugars til
smooth. Stir in the egg and vanilla. Add the dry
ingredients until combined.

|
Stir in the oatmeal, crushed cereal, and coconut
by hand. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie
sheet about 2 inches apart.

|
|
Bake 10-12 min until light brown at the edges and
on the bottom. Remove from oven, let stand for a
few minutes and transfer cookies to wire rack to
cool.
