Ingredients
1/2 Cauliflower
1/2 Onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 fresh chili
1/2 egg
1/2 dl breadcrumbs
1/2 plain flower
salt & pepper to season
oil
 

Instructions
Rinse the cauliflower and cut into smaller pieces. Boil in lightly salted water until tender. Blend the boiled cauliflower pieces with onion, garlic and chili (if used) for a uniform mash. Add egg, breadcrumbs, flour, salt and pepper to the bowl and stir all together well. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Form the mixture into flat meatballs with a tablespoon and one palm and fry them in a pan with oil until crisp. Transfer the cauliballs to an ovenproof dish and bake in an oven pre-heated to 200c for approx. 10 minutes until crispy on all sides.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as main course or as a sidedish
