Rinse the cabbage and let it drain well. Cut it fine and put it in a bowl. Press the lemon juice over and then sprinkle with salt. Mix well so lemon and salt are distributed on all cabbage. Let the cabbage marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
When the cabbage has marinated, discard excess liquid.
Finely squeeze or chop the garlic and mix it with the cabbage and the Greek yogurt.
Season the mixture with pepper and oliveoil to taste.
