1TBSP Brown Sugar
Instructions
Prepare Steak by cutting it up finely into small
strips. The smaller the better
Whisk together the ingredients for a marinate. Add this
to the steak and turn it a few times to mix it
together. Let the steak marinate overnight in the
fridge.
Place everything in the crock-pot, on low, from morning
until dinner.
Put contents into the Disco on medium heat and cook away the liquid. Part
way through it may become necessary to pull meet partway up the side and
allow the liquid alone to be at the center. Every minute pull the meat
back down and mix it in, then repeat. This allows the flavor to soak into
the meat. At the end, when 99% of liquid is gone, add Brown Sugar. This
will caramelize it. Mix it constantly to get it all over.
Serve on corn tortillas, avacado, lime, lettuce, and
pico de gallo and regular salsa.
