     Beef Jerky - Pesach

Ingredients
2 lbs Meat - (Pepper steak)
6 Tbs. Sugar
2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tsp. Paprika
1 small onion, grated
 

Instructions
Add all ingredients in a ziplock with water (up to 4 tbs.) to form a paste. Rub on meat and marinate for at least 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Line a baking sheet and spray well. Lay meat flat. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, flip and bake for another 1 1/2 -2 hours.
