1 large egg yolk
2 T very cold water
1 t vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 t salt
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter cut into 1/4 in cubes

Using food processor add dry ingredients and butter. Mix until coarse crumble.
Add COLD wet ingredients. Mix on Dough setting until well combined.
Roll out on floured surface.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
