     Chicken Satay

2 lbs chicken tenderloins
1/2 c coconut milk
1 Tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Prepare marinade- whisk coconut milk, fish sauce, curry powder, sugar, cilantro, salt and pepper in bowl.
Place tenderloins in Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over chicken, zip bag, rub marinade into chicken. Refrigerate for minimum of 3 hours or overnight.
Heat grill and grill both sides. Chicken will be browned and cooked thru to center, about 5-7 minutes turning once. Serve with warm peanut sauce.
