     pie- raw- carob mousse

Ingredients
1/2 c carob powder
2 ripe avocados
1/2 c maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 c coconut milk
2 tbs shredded coconut
2 tbs chopped pecans
pie crust-raw- pecan/dates recipe
 
Instructions
blend all but 2 tbs coconut and pecans. pour filling into pie crust and refrigerate. Once cool, sprinkle coconut and pecan mix onto pie.
