Mix together cornmeal, flour, salt, sugar, and
baking powder.
Add in eggs and milk and mix until blended.
Preheat oil in saucepan over medium heat until
right before boiling.
Cut hot dogs in half.
Insert skewers into hot dogs and dip in batter.
Fry corn dogs until browned.
Drain on paper towel lined plate.
Serve with ketchup and mustard.
