     BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

3/4 lb. boneless pork loin
1/4 c thinly sliced sweet onion
1/2 c ketchup
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
hamburger buns

Spray crock with nonstick spray.
Place pork loin and onion into crock.
In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, dry mustard, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and chili powder. Pour this over the contents of the crock.
Cover and cook on Low for 7 hrs. Remove the pork loin and shred it between 2 forks. Mix it back through the sauce in the crock.
Serving Suggestions
Serve on hamburger buns.
