     Ham and Cheese Breakfast Sliders

Category   Breakfast - Brunch
Sub Category   None
Servings   12
Preptime   20 minutes

Ingredients
1 pkg (12 rolls) Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
6 Large Brown Eggs, scrambled and chopped small
6 oz ham. If ham steak, use food processor or deli meat, chopped
2 tbsp I Can't believe it's Not Butter light
1 tsp lite maple syrup
12 slices ultra thin colby jack
1 pkg Butterball Thin & Crispy Turkey Bacon, chopped
3 oz baby spinach, fresh or frozen

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) rimmed baking dish. Spread the eggs evenly over the rolls, then add the ham, 6 slice colby jack, bacon, and spinach. Place remaining 6 cheese slices over spinach. Top with the remaining rolls. NOTE-Make sure to put the 6 slices cheese in between the ham and the bacon. It helps to bind the sliders in the middle. You will want to put the remaining 6 slices in between the spinach and the tops for the same reason.
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and maple syrup mixture and sprinkle the pepper on top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown. Slice into individual sliders, then serve.
