1/4 c arrowroot starch
1/2 c OJ
1 1/2 c pineapple juice
1 c coconut milk
1/4 c honey
2 tbs lemon juice
1/4 tsp pink himalayan sea salt

In a medium saucepan, place the arrowroot starch and cup orange juice. Stir together until dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil while stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and Refrigerate several hours to chill.
