2-3 c ripe fruit
1 c coconut sugar
3 tbs arrowroot starch
pinch of pink himalayan sea salt
1 c almond cream (homemade recipe)
1 tsp vanilla
bake friendly pie crust

Preheat oven 450F. Fill crust with fruit. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over fruit. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn down to 325F and bake for 30 minutes. Refrigerate and serve cold.
