Bring water to boil. Add about 1/2 C of boiling water to the
ground pork and shrimp to break up meat. Add to the boiling
water in the pot and stir to break up meat. Add salt, chopped
water chestnuts, simmer 5 minutes. Add seaweed and cook 2
minutes, stir in beaten egg. Add chopped green onion and
sesame oil just before serving.
