Ingredients
2 c almond flour
1/4 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
2 tbs vegan butter
3 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla powder
 

Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Place almond flour, vanilla powder, and salt in a bowl. Cut in the vegan butter, mix with a pastry cutter, or your hands until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add maple syrup and mix. Press dough into a prepared pie plate, pressing along the base and sides, flute the edges, bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
