     Blackened Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 Tblsp garlic powder
1 Tblsp onion powder
1 Tblsp dried thyme
1Tblsp dried oregano
1 Tblsp paprika
1 Tblsp dried Tarragon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2/3 cup olive oil
 
1/2 cup Worcestershire
1 tsp ground red pepper
2 (1 TO 1.5 LB) pork tenderloins

Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty zip lock bag. Add Pork. Seal and marinade in refrigerator for at least 8 hours, turning bag occasionally. 2. Preheat oven to 400. Place oven safe or cast iron skillet in cold oven while it preheats. 3. Remove skillet from oven and place on stove. Add a table spoon of oil to the skillet 4. Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade. Sear pork for 2 minutes on all sides. 5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes, until an instant read thermometer stuck in thickest part of pork reads 145 degrees F 6. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
