oven at 400
Mix flour, 2 T Sugar, baking powdered and salt. Cut in butter and pile
into 8 inch square pan, press into bottom and up sides. Place
peaches over pastry and sprinkle the rest of sugar mixed with
cinnamon over. Bake 15 minutes.
Mix sour cream and egg yolks, pour over peaches and bake an
additional 30 minutes
