     Sesame Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
6 boneless chicken breast halves (about 1.5 pounds)
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons vegetable oi;
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
6 (12 inch) wooden skewers
1 large bell pepper
1 can pineapple chunks
 
12 ounces fresh mushrooms
1 purple onion cut into wedges

Instructions
Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces and arrange in a shallow container.
Combine teriyaki sauce and next 4 ingredients stirring well. Pour over chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. I never do this.Maybe for 5 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Thread chicken alternating with pinaapple mushrooms onions bell pepper and onion. Grill kabobs over medium hot coals 3-5 minutes on each side or until chicken is done, basting frequently with reserve marinade.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over rice
