Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add peas and cook until
tender. Drain peas and plunge strainer into bowl of ice water.
Drain peas again and transfer to medium bowl. Add radishes, celery,
celery leaves, and mint
Whisk together oil, miso, vinegar, 1 tbsp water, and lime juice in a
large bowl.
Add vegetables and toss to coat. Top with sesame seeds.
