1. Melt butter in 9 x 13 cake pan in oven while preheating.
2. Cover with bred crumbs.
3. Cover crumbs with milk.
4. Sprinkle/cover with both chips.
5. Cover with coconut.
6. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Bake 350 F for 25 to 35 min.
