1/2 lb. turkey sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
red and yellow bell pepper, cut into squares
squares of onion
1-1/2 Cups chicken broth
1/4 Cup Olive oil
2 tsp. fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
To prepare marindate, in a shallow glass dish combine broth, oil,
rosemary, pepper and salt. Reserve 2 Tbl. of marinade. Add shrimp
to remaining marinade , and coat well. Cover with plastic wrap and
refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Preheat gas grill to medium. Alternately, thread shrimp, sausage,
peppers, mushrooms and onions on metal skewers.
Grill (or broil) kebabs 4 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes until
cooked through, basting with reserved marinade.
