Prepare Meat- Mix hamburger, eggs, 1 vidalia onion, garlic, bread
crumbs, plenty salt & pepper. Mix thoroughly. Cover cookie sheet
with parchment or aluminum foil. Make meatballs (approx 3-32) and
place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove
meat balls & place upside down in oblong cake pan (to remove from the
grease & cooked blood).

Onion Sauce- Melt 2 sticks of butter in a pot. Place large cut-up
pieces of onions and cook partially, then add cut-up peppers. Add
salt & pepper while onions are cooking. Once cooked up add 1 heaping
Tbsp of Paprika. Cook a bit, then add 1 large 29oz can of tomato
sauce. Cook awhile & taste for salt (probably needs some). Then add
(2) large cans of water.

Boil (1) bag of noodles (opt) partial way. Don't cook noodles all the
way, you can make meatballs in just the sauce without the noodles if you
want...still very good! Put noodles on bottom of large deep baking pan.
Place meetballs on noodles so the brown cooked part is facing down.
spoon all the onion sauce & juice all over the meatballs.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour (or more if needed).
Serves best with salad and hard crust bread. YUM!!
