Marinade pork in allegro for 1 - 8 hours
Using olive oil to coat the pot Brown pork on Sauté setting until
browned.

Add chopped onion and sauté about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and bay leaf and continue to sauté 5 more minutes.
Add carrots and saute until they are tender
|

|
Add Balsamic to the pot along wit 1 cup beef broth to deglaze
pan.
Add back the pork and pressure cook for 5 minutes on hi.
Vent naturally for 8 minutes.

In a separate pot make gravy using GF Beef gravy mix.
Add gravy to pot once venting is done.
In a separate pot boil potatoes and make masher potatoes to
serve with the pork roast
