Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet saute
onions, carrots, celery, pepper, & mushrooms
with a pinch of salt and pepper until soft.
Add garlic, saute 1 min longer. In a food
processor pulse together drained lentils,
cooked veges and remaining ingredients. Blend
into a chunky dough. Do not puree.
Form into loaf or fill bell pepper halves with
mixture. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven,
spread ketchup on top and sprinkle brown sugar.
Bake 10 more minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
